Michael was engaged to represent Children’s Wellness Center to assist with the strategy to review the lease renewal and the potential search and negotiation for new medical office space.

We took adequate planning time assess practice operations and ultimately determined a clear need to expand the physical footprint. To address optimal efficiency and growth needs for the practice CWC opted to relocate and customize a new space supporting the practice growth while enhancing the patient experience.
