Professional Experience

Howard B. Workman began his Commercial Real Estate career in 1968 as an agent in New York, Shortly thereafter, Mr. Workman worked in the Real Estate division of a Wall Street
Investment Firm, managing properties in Puerto Rico and then in Atlanta.

After moving to Atlanta permanently in 1970, he worked for a local company in acquisitions and management of multi-family properties.

In 1974 Mr. Workman formed Workman and Company, a full-service brokerage, leasing and management company. He developed a team of well prepared and experienced professionals in Atlanta which focused on commercial leasing, asset management, site selection, development, acquisition and disposition of properties.

In addition to Georgia, Mr. Workman has been licensed and has completed transactions in the following states: New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Tennessee, Flordia, Puerto Rico and Panama, totaling over $430,000,000.
